Effen flavors.
…meet FECKiN whiskey.
At the Dolphin Swimming and Boating Club, San Francisco.
“Effen,” according to a page on the brand’s original website (since deleted), means “smooth” in Dutch. “Feckin,” according to Urban Dictionary, is “a variation of the naughty word, Irishalized.”
Unquestionably a couple of suggestive marks.
Read my 2007 post about Effen. And read about Effen’s 2010 ad campaign, which used heavy-handed double entendres like “Nothing warms me up like Effen by the fire.”
I am not entirely sure what an Effen Raspberry is but none of the options are especially pleasant.

Maybe after cocktails with Effen and Feckin you can have Suxx wine?

And here I've been purchasing fookin' whiskey solely.
Uh oh, I bet I missed a few commas in that first sentence. Of all the places to flaunt one's typing and then shiver in uncertainty!

Note to aspiring distillers: Frikken.com and fricken.com are both for sale, but frikkin.com and frickin.com are both in use.
Meanwhile, for the more easily offended, HEdoublehockeysticks.com is "under construction."
