I noticed this sign during my recent trip to Ashland, Oregon, but I didn’t go inside the shop.
The saddest tagline in retail-dom, cruelly paired with a kree8tively spelled, breakfast-cereal-evoking name.
The placeholder-ish quality of “something to wear” is compounded by that tentative ellipsis. I can picture a customer nervously approaching a salesperson and venturing, “Um, a skirt? Made of fabric?” And then rushing out, clutching her generic purchase, searching for a restaurant that diffidently advertised “something to eat.”
This? Yes, it's sacking. I don't know, hessian I think. Well, it's something to wear, isn't it?

For some reason, this evokes Subaru's short-lived slogan "What to drive."
