I watch E-Trade TV ads and see things like this and wonder if they have focused on male communication style on purpose, or if they're just idiots. They certainly work hard to exclude Estrogen-Americans...

It's either stupid or clever, right?
The ad might appeal to certain men while others react negatively. It definitely catches women because it's overtly sexist.
Also the media placement is pitch-perfect, in the NY Times where there could be investors with all risk profiles, albeit skewing older.
So I'm hoping this ad was intentional, touche.
