The creators of FounderLY would have done well to look up the definitions of “to founder.”
I’m thinking specifically of “to fail utterly, collapse.”

"To founder", often expressed as "to flounder." Drove my ex to distraction, but a common confusion.

Memo to new companies: look up all synonyms of "fail" in the thesaurus BEFORE you pick your name.
