Seth Godin commends the clarity of this Dunkin' Donuts sign--he calls it "the missing manual." I like it, too. I just wish Dunkin' Donuts had paid a proofreader to check the spelling of point #2.

I must've read #2 five times before I saw what was wrong with it. I even double-checked the spelling of 'regular'.

i don't think this is the best example on a missing manual and maybe therefore it is. this is just 1 dunkin'donut whit a sign. it is a local initiative. not a dunkin'donut standard. so i asked seth for a better example see www.edgarneo.info ;)
